"I'll preface this by saying I know absolutely nothing about grow lights, but at this price it was a good place to start. I've been using them for a month now and my plants have grown like crazy! I'm honestly really surprised, I just wanted something that kept them from dying this winter. I didn't expect them to like it so much. Down side is I wish the timer max was longer.
