"This device is small with fantastic features. I have had zero issues since day one and found it to be accurate and reliable. I love that I can get a real-time update on GPS location via either satellite or wifi. A couple days ago I had trouble logging into my account but I called and was able to get it resolved quickly and activated my lifetime warranty (which will replace any device for free no matter what happened to it). I have two of these devices and also purchased the extended battery (which is amazing btw). Please note that battery life is VERY dependent on how often you have it send you updates. With the regular battery it needs to be charged every 2-3 days on 5 minute updates, about 8 days on 30 minute updates, a couple weeks on 2 or 4 hour updates. And with the extended battery it will last weeks on 5 minute updates and up to a month on longer intervals. Definitely recommend and suggest this product! It's cheap but effective. Monthly subscription IS required. It's $20 if you pay monthly and there are options to pay for 6 months, 12 months, or 2 years (however these are upfront costs)." - InTheWoods
